About Us

We connect with designers, educators,  hardware and software engineers, financial strategists, doctors, students, and parents.

We have a close friend, a son, a daughter, and a cousin who has a learning difference. We know they are gifted, but we see them struggle, give up, and feel less than because they learn and process differently. Our teachers are overwhelmed and understaffed and feel bad when they see a student become disengaged because of anxiety or frustration in our fast-paced academic curriculum.

If you have an interest in education, training, AI, computer vision technology, UI/UX experiences, conversational interfaces, data collection, data analysis, and teens from ages 11-17 years old with learning differences, we would love to connect with you!

Lisa Revelli

Founder, CEO

Lisa Revelli has over 20 years of design and production experience, including roles at Sony Imageworks, Pixar Animation Studios, and Boeing’s Future Combat Systems. She founded Guardian Airwaves LLC in 2017 and won a 2018 PSCR award for her VR HUD Navigation Design. A product designer focused on user research, usability testing, and iterative design, Lisa is passionate about using AI to support students with learning differences and academic anxiety.

My interest in EdTech grew after exploring immersive VR training for first responders, where I identified gaps in personalized learning and user-centered design. As a parent of three teens with ADHD and mental health challenges, I am driven to create dynamic, accessible learning experiences to address the lack of support in special education. I work closely with educators, students, and agencies to empower both learners and educators with innovative solutions.

Piyush Srivastava

CTO

Piyush Srivastava has 25 years of experience as a technology leader at Autodesk, Oracle, and Cisco, managing global teams and enterprise platforms across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and HR. At Autodesk, he was Director of Enterprise Applications, overseeing IT operations, platform engineering, and change management.

Inspired by my wife’s work as an educator and math tutor, I recognized the potential of technology to support students with special needs. Hearing educators’ frustrations and students’ desire for more flexible online learning, I envision transforming education through AI, computer vision, and other technologies. My goal is to create personalized, customizable learning systems for special education students, driven by innovation like AI-powered emotion recognition and nanolearning.

Educator, Community Builder

Nidhi Shrivastava is an educator at the Tamalpais Union High School District in California, ranked 69th nationally. My most striking experience with an AP Pre-Calculus student highlighted the lack of support for students with IEPs, 504 plans, and learning differences. I envision tools that simplify complex concepts, support self-paced learning, and offer alternative assessments. I  aim to create systems that reduce teachers’ workload while enabling personalized support for all students, empowering each learner to reach their full potential.
